Tally में Inventory Features को Activate करना

Inventory Details को Accounting Vouchers में जोड़ने के लिए पहले हमें Tally में कुछ Settings को Enable करना होता है।

Step by Step Process:

• Tally खोलें और Gateway of Tally पर जाएं
• F11: Features दबाएं
• Inventory Features में जाएं
• वहाँ पर Option होगा – "Integrate Accounts with Inventory" – इसे Yes करें
• इसके बाद Allow Invoicing, Use Inventory Info जैसे options को Yes करें

Ledger में Inventory की Setting

जब आप कोई Party Ledger (जैसे कि Supplier या Customer) बनाते हैं या Edit करते हैं, तब उसमें यह जरूर चुनें कि यह लेजर Stock Items से जुड़ा हो।

Stock Item बनाना

• Gateway of Tally → Inventory Info → Stock Item → Create
• यहां पर Item का नाम, Unit of Measurement, Rate आदि भरें

Units of Measure बनाना

• Gateway of Tally → Inventory Info → Units of Measure → Create

जब आप किसी Accounting Voucher में काम कर रहे होते हैं, जैसे कि Sales Voucher, तो उसमें Inventory की जानकारी भरने का Option आता है।

Step by Step Sales Voucher में Inventory जोड़ना

• Gateway of Tally → Accounting Vouchers → F8 (Sales)
• Party Account चुनें
