Introduction

Voucher Class एक बहुत ही उपयोगी और महत्वपूर्ण सुविधा है जो Tally software में हमें उपलब्ध होती है। Voucher Class का मुख्य उद्देश्य accounting entries को fast, accurate और automatic बनाना होता है। यह feature विशेष रूप से उन लोगों के लिए फायदेमंद है जो daily basis पर बहुत सारी repetitive accounting entries करते हैं जैसे कि Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt आदि।

Tally में Voucher Class की मदद से आप predefined values set कर सकते हैं जिससे कि जब भी आप कोई voucher entry करें, तो system खुद-ब-खुद ledger select कर ले, amount भर दे या narration डाल दे। इससे ना सिर्फ समय की बचत होती है बल्कि human error की संभावना भी बहुत कम हो जाती है।

How Voucher Class Works in Tally

• Voucher Class एक प्रकार की configuration होती है जो किसी voucher type जैसे कि Sales, Purchase, Payment आदि के साथ attach की जाती है।
• यह configuration कुछ predefined settings को follow करती है जैसे – कौन-सा ledger use होगा, amount कैसे calculate होगा, narration क्या होगी आदि।
• Voucher Class का सबसे बड़ा फायदा यह है कि इससे auto calculations और auto ledger allocations हो जाते हैं।

Steps to Create a New Voucher Class for Automation in Hindi

Voucher Class बनाने की प्रक्रिया

• Step 1: Gateway of Tally → Accounts Info → Voucher Types → Alter या Create
• Step 2: अब उस voucher type को select करें जिसके लिए आप voucher class बनाना चाहते हैं, जैसे Sales।
• Step 3: अब screen पर Voucher Type alteration या creation window खुलेगी।
• Step 4: नीचे की तरफ “Name of Class” नामक option होगा, उसमें class का नाम डालें जैसे – “Retail Sale Class”।
• Step 5: नीचे कई सारे options दिखेंगे जैसे कि:
  • Use Class for Interest Calculation?
  • Override Using Item Default?
  • Default Accounting Allocations – यहाँ पर आप specify कर सकते हैं कि कौन सा ledger कितना percentage लेना है।
• Step 6: Class की सभी settings भरने के बाद ‘Yes’ करके save करें।

Example के माध्यम से समझिए

मान लीजिए आप एक shop चला रहे हैं जहाँ आप हमेशा sales करते हैं जिसमें 10% CGST और 10% SGST लगता है। आप चाहें तो एक voucher class बना सकते हैं जिसमें ये दोनों tax ledger और percentage already set हो। अब जब भी आप sale entry करेंगे, Tally खुद-ब-खुद ये दोनों ledger apply कर देगा और amount भी calculate कर देगा।

Applying Voucher Class During Interest Related Transactions in Hindi

Interest Calculation के लिए Voucher Class कैसे Use करें

• Step 1: सबसे पहले Interest Calculation को enable करना होगा – Gateway of Tally → F11 → Accounting Features → Activate Interest Calculation? → Yes
• Step 2: Ledger बनाते समय या edit करते समय, Interest calculation enable करें और calculation method select करें – जैसे Simple या Compound Interest।
• Step 3: अब Voucher Type में जाकर एक नई voucher class create करें – “Interest Auto Entry” नाम से।
• Step 4: इस class में “Use Class for Interest Calculation?” को Yes करें।
• Step 5: Default Accounting Allocations में Interest Ledger डालें और बाक़ी configurations भरें।

Interest Entry कैसे करें

जब भी आपको किसी party से interest amount लेना हो या देना हो, उस समय आप Receipt या Payment voucher type select करें, voucher class “Interest Auto Entry” select करें। जैसे ही आप party का नाम डालेंगे, interest amount automatic calculate हो जाएगा।

Editing and Deleting Existing Voucher Class in Tally in Hindi

Existing Voucher Class को Edit कैसे करें

• Step 1: Gateway of Tally → Accounts Info → Voucher Types → Alter
• Step 2: उस voucher type को चुनें जिसमें आपकी class मौजूद है जैसे कि “Sales”
• Step 3: अब नीचे class की list में से उस class को select करें जिसे edit करना है।
• Step 4: अब आप उसमें कोई भी field बदल सकते हैं जैसे – ledger, narration, percentage etc.
• Step 5: Changes करने के बाद Yes करके save करें।

Voucher Class को Delete कैसे करें

Tally में Voucher Class को direct delete करने का कोई option नहीं होता है। लेकिन आप उसे हटाने के लिए उसे blank कर सकते हैं या उस voucher type से उस class को हटा सकते हैं। नीचे तरीका दिया गया है –

• Step 1: Gateway of Tally → Accounts Info → Voucher Types → Alter
• Step 2: Voucher type select करें जैसे Sales
• Step 3: Class section में जाएं और उस class के नाम पर cursor लाकर Alt + D दबाएं।
• Step 4: Tally आपसे confirm करेगा – Yes करके class delete करें।

Notes:

• अगर उस voucher class से कोई पुरानी entry जुड़ी है, तो उसे delete नहीं किया जा सकता जब तक कि उन vouchers को delete ना किया जाए।
• Voucher class को edit करते समय सावधानी रखें क्योंकि इससे पुरानी entries पर भी असर पड़ सकता है।
