What is Physical Stock Register in Inventory System in Hindi

Physical Stock Register एक ऐसा रिकॉर्ड होता है जिसमें किसी भी कंपनी या दुकान के पास physically (वास्तव में) मौजूद Stock की जानकारी रखी जाती है। यह जानकारी manually किसी register में या software के माध्यम से भी maintain की जा सकती है।

Inventory System में Physical Stock Register बहुत ही जरूरी होता है क्योंकि यही वो तरीका होता है जिससे हम जान पाते हैं कि हमारे पास actual में कितनी वस्तुएं मौजूद हैं। इसके मुकाबले में हम जो कंप्यूटर या Tally में stock देखते हैं, वो Book Stock कहलाता है, जो कि purchase, sale, return आदि के आधार पर अपडेट होता रहता है।

How to Update Physical Stock Count in Tally in Hindi

Tally Prime या Tally ERP 9 में Physical Stock Count अपडेट करना बहुत आसान है। जब हम Physical Stock की गिनती कर लेते हैं, तो उसे हम Tally में एक voucher के माध्यम से अपडेट करते हैं जिसे "Physical Stock Voucher" कहते हैं।

Tally में Physical Stock Update करने की Steps:

  • Step 1: Gateway of Tally पर जाएं
  • Step 2: Inventory Vouchers चुनें
  • Step 3: F10 दबाएं (Physical Stock Voucher के लिए)
  • Step 4: Date सेट करें जिस दिन गिनती की गई थी
  • Step 5: Stock Item का नाम चुनें
  • Step 6: Actual Quantity (गिनी हुई मात्रा) दर्ज करें
  • Step 7: Save करें

Physical Stock Voucher में कौन-कौन सी जानकारी देनी होती है?

  • Item का नाम
  • Location (अगर Multiple Godowns हैं)
  • Actual Quantity
  • Batch No. (अगर कोई हो)
  • Remarks (Optional)

Note:

  • Physical Stock Voucher सिर्फ Quantity को अपडेट करता है, इसका कोई accounting effect नहीं होता।
  • यह voucher केवल inventory records को real-time से match करने के लिए उपयोग होता है।
