आज की digital duniya में Communication और Information Technology (IT) किसी भी समाज की रीढ़ बन चुके हैं। चाहे हम घर पर हों, दफ़्तर में या रास्ते में, voice calls, video conferencing, emails, instant messaging, और social media जैसे उपकरण हमें लगातार जुड़े रहने में मदद करते हैं।
इन्हीं तकनीकों के कारण real‑time data sharing, तेज़ decision making और दूर बैठकर भी टीम‑वर्क संभव हो पाया है। इस सेक्शन में हम आम जीवन में इन तकनीकों के व्यावहारिक उपयोग को गहराई से समझेंगे और देखेंगे कि कैसे एक साधारण स्मार्टफ़ोन भी communication और IT का powerhouse बन चुका है, जिससे लाखों लोगों को रोज़गार, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य से जुड़ी जानकारी तुरंत उपलब्ध हो जाती है।
